SAN DIEGO — June 30, 2010 — EcoDog, Inc., an innovator in home energy efficiency and management, is relocating from their Vista, Calif. location to expanded new headquarters on Pacific Center Blvd. in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa high-tech hub effective July 1. More than triple the size of their existing location, the new facility will be closer to vendors, staff and many key local customers while providing more space for product development, testing, customer service and administrative support.

FIDO Technology Fetches "Greatest Gadget" Award
SAN
DIEGO — November 4, 2009 — EcoDog, Inc., an innovator
in home energy efficiency and management received
the Greatest Gadget Award for its FIDO Home Energy
Watchdog System at the CommNexus Gadget Fest 2009.
Currently in pilot production and slated for launch
later this year, the FIDO system is designed to give
homeowners a comprehensive, room-by-room graphic overview
of their energy use complete with real-time utility
charges and personalized saving tips based on individual
usage patterns. Typical FIDO users can expect to save
15 to 25 percent on their home electric bills and
the system can also be used to identify "energy
hogs" in the home that may produce even greater
savings.
In a close race with Verizon Wireless' new Droid
phone, EcoDog's FIDO system ultimately won the award
based on a combination of the judges' scores and audience
enthusiasm for the products. When asked by the moderators
to make a tie-breaking final statement, Pitt won over
the crowd noting simply, "This is the only product
demonstrated tonight that will pay for itself and
save homeowners money."

EcoDog Receives Angel Funding from California Energy Executive
Recognizing Opportunities for Consumer Savings and Demand Reduction, Former SDG&E Chairman Tom Page Invests in Home Energy Watchdog Startup
SAN DIEGO — June 17, 2009 — EcoDog, Inc. has received
an initial round of angel funding from energy veteran
Tom Page, retired head of San Diego Gas & Electric
and Enova Corp and an active investor in energy-related
businesses. According to EcoDog CEO Ron Pitt, "EcoDog's
executives have funded the company through the recently
completed beta testing phase of our FIDO Home Energy
Watchdog system. So far, we've received a great deal
of interest from potential sales channels and are
now ready to launch a more extensive pilot program
that requires additional funding. This investment
is the first piece of a $5.6 million venture round
that will be completed by year's end. We appreciate
Tom's confidence in our developments and feel that
his extensive understanding of these markets will
also be a tremendous asset for EcoDog."
